SAN ANTONIO – Bullying and conflict in local schools appears to be up in the Alamo City. David’s Legacy Foundation officials say calls to their organization are up 300% this school year compared to normal years. Caption: WOAI. Experts say the pandemic is the key issue. “We need help,” said local mother Estella Garza, whose kids have allegedly been bullied at school relentlessly. “And this needs to end. ” They say children lost those social skills it takes to get along and resolve conflicts.
